Whether you are new to Urban College of Boston or have been studying here for years, we are eager to help you identify the program best aligned with your academic and career goals and understand the various financial resources available to help you pay for college.

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

UCB is an open admission college. This means that is any student who has a high school diploma or has successfully completed a GED or HiSET can apply and enroll in study at UCB.

All associate degrees and certificate programs are open admission.

During the application process, you will be asked to provide the following materials:

  • A copy of your high school diploma, GED, or HiSET

  • A copy of your photo ID

  • Proof of U.S. citizenship/residency (if applicable)

You may be asked to complete an English placement test once you have completed your application.

After we receive your application, we will schedule times for you to meet with an Advisor about your academic goals and with the Financial Services team to discuss available support and make a plan to pay for your courses.


APPLICATION PROCESS

Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis, which means that those interested may apply to UCB at any time. Applications are reviewed and decisions made as soon as all requirements are met. Students may be admitted to the Fall, Spring, or Summer semesters.
