Annual Security Reporting Policy

UCB prepares an annual security report in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. Emergency Numbers

Anyone can report a crime by contacting the local police by dialing 911 or calling the President at 617-449-7068. You may also report a crime online or via email as detailed below. To report any suspicious activity or person seen loitering inside buildings with UCB classrooms, or to report non-emergencies, contact a UCB Campus Security Authority (CSA). Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program (DAAPP)

UCB strives to achieve a healthy living, learning, and working environment. Each January, the College publishes a schedule of planned DAAPP events for the calendar year. We invite and encourage all students and employees to attend these educational opportunities.

To Report Complaints of Sexual Violence

A victim of sexual violence has the right to file (or choose not to file) an Affirmative Action Discrimination Complaint Form with the College. To file a complaint, please contact UCB’s Title IX Coordinator, Rosana Perella , at Rosana.Perella@urbancollege.edu. For Title IX purposes, the Title IX Coordinator will keep information confidential to the full extent permitted by law.

A victim may also choose to file a criminal complaint, with assistance from the building’s Municipal Police officers. Victims who report an incident to the Title IX Coordinator or to Municipal Police are not obligated to file criminal charges.
